Refund Policy

We stand behind Klenzd and want every customer to be satisfied. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Sales

Because Klenzd is currently available as a pre-order only, all pre-order sales are considered final once the pre-order window closes on August 31, 2026. We are unable to offer cancellations or refunds on pre-orders after that date, as production and fulfillment will be underway.

If you need to cancel your pre-order before August 31, 2026, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

General Returns

Due to the nature of cleaning products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–ten business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
